God is rebuilding lives and families

From Pastor Doru:
Olena and her little boy. They're both healthy. An incredible story. She came from the Kiev area with her husband and the other 2 boys.

After 3 weeks, they decided to drive around the Black Sea to Azerbaijan to his sister in a car smaller than a Matiz.

They were stopped at the border between Georgia and Azerbaijan because of documents.

They decided to return to Constanta because they said "the Vertical Church received us as a family"

She gave birth yesterday, and her husband and a friend want to go back to their hometown to take the rest of their belongings and settle here, because they feel safe. Thank God for everything!

We have people from Harvest Arad at two main border points (Siret & Sighet) where refugees are come through. There are also other churches from our VCE network, especially Vertical Mamaia, helping at another main border (Isaccea). Listed below are updates from our teams at each specific border point: Sighet Border point about 2000 refugees are passing through each day, most of them are women and children they are helping register and organize the incoming refugees they are collecting food supplies in a warehouse and sending humanitarian convoys each day to Ukraine, some are being sent even as far as Kiev. This was written (translated into english) to Pastor Claudiu of Vertical Mamaia Nord by Angelina, one of the refugees staying at the facility there... "I was at home this week in Odessa to my husband. He told me to stay because it’s safer now. I told him that I had found a church in Romania where I feel that God speaks to me every Sunday. I feel like I'm getting something new every time, something I've always wanted. I want to go back to this church to receive more, to understand better, so that I can come back with the whole message from there and bring it here so that all of you can understand and enjoy this message too.”
